NUZIC SYSTEM

Nuzic is a musical system that explores music through numbers, with the aim of promoting different ways of conceiving, learning and composing music. To learn how to make music we need to listen to a lot of music, but also to understand it and know how to analyze it; in this way we will be able to know its intricacies, what it is made of, its ingredients and structures, how to transform it… and thus have more control over our creations.

We have organized the Nuzic system as a network made up of four main interconnected nodes, which invite you to learn from any point according to your needs and concerns, and also help you to structure your creative process: the NUZIC SYSTEM node describes the operation and basic concepts of the system, and explains how to apply it in the app; the TEMPORAL DIMENSION and SOUND DIMENSION nodes break down the music into its two main dimensions; and the SIMBIOSIS node integrates these two dimensions by making an integration of both.

The Nuzic system has been conceived as a complement to the conventional system of music theory and notation, but it can be used independently and applied to any style or type of music, no matter the era.
